Four Crystals For Protection
I absolutely love crystals and I have them all over my house and especially in my office and around my meditation place.
Crystals for me are the (electromagnetic) gifts from our Mother Earth with their own individual vibrational frequencies. Everything is energy and has its unique frequencies including us human beings. Every crystal has its unique vibration and therefore can assist us to return to a healthy frequency alignment for health and well-being when out of tune.
For example, the last couple of years have been challenging and a lot of people experienced uncomfortable and painful situations, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.
There are times in all our lives when we need protection. This may be a time you feel stuck in a toxic relationship, or it may be when you feel paralyzed and anxious from the 24 hour news cycle’s endless stream of gloom and doom. Perhaps you may just feel like you are being clouded by negative energy. Regardless, there can be factors both, internal and external, that we may need protection from. If you are dealing with self-negativity, self-sabotage, toxic relationships, or negativity from others, protections using crystals may help.
Crystals can not only be used to protect you from outside sources and negative energies, they may also be able to help you harness the strength to protect yourself and the clarity to know when to walk away. As crystals have their own frequencies and vibrations, when choosing a crystal for yourself feel them first before acquiring. They do say that crystals choose us not the other way around. I found that very true for myself. Usually, I intuitively feel and know when I require a certain property from a crystal (e.g. protection, focus, creativity etc). So, then I go to my favourite crystal shop or market stall and take the crystal into my hand and get a feel for them.
I know when a crystal is right for me and when not depending on the sensation and buzzing I have in my body.
