If you are experiencing negative self-talk, suffering from anxiety and worries, unhelpful habits and behaviours, addiction, trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder and/or find yourself procrastinating due to low self-belief/s, Root-Cause therapy and Embodied Processing are two of the modalities I am using to successfully identify the root cause of your current symptoms, and most importantly guiding you in a safe way to start healing them on a deeper level. This therapeutic approach empowers you to make real long-term changes; emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
By incorporating private yoga classes and sounds using Quartz Crystal singing bowls the amplification and enhancement of one’s natural vibration is realised. As a Certified Yoga Breath Coach® I offer 1 on 1 sessions and workshops helping people to help themselves with Yoga Breathing so they can in a safe and fast way relieve stress, boost digestion, balance energy, and improve sleep.
Over 20 years, I have been working in my role as Registered Nurse and the last few years as Allied Health Professional with people experiencing mental health challenges including addiction, anxiety, and depression. My yoga classes offer support in maintaining sobriety, relieving stress as well as helping you to manage emotionally challenging situations more efficiently. As holder of a Bachelor in Psychological Science (Honours), I have been providing 1 on 1 consultations and group therapy sessions, and I take an empowering, science-based, and supportive therapeutic approach when working with my clients.
I have had many ups and downs in my own life; originally from East Germany and living in England for a few years. Life for me seemed unsettled until I moved to Australia in 2009. For some reasons, I finally felt coming home. By introducing yoga, breath-work and the study of the human mind into my life, I realised a great shift within myself and others around me. I have seen amazing changes in people’s health of the body, mind, and spirit after incorporating Root-Cause therapy, Embodied Processing, yoga, breath-work and sound into their lives. My passion and mission are to help you helping yourself creating and living your true life with purpose, meaning and health.
I love to see you being equipped with the best tools to tackle any challenges or roadblocks crossing your path. My values are in line with living a balanced life through my ongoing study of personal growth, psychology, and yoga. My aim is that you are giving yourself permission to be authentic in body, mind and spirit living your life by your values and not someone else’s.
No experience of any kind is needed for the yoga and/or breath work services I offer. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
